  Enjoy this movement practice, designed to strengthen and develop your ranges of motion.    Based upon a combination of yoga and scientific principles from Functional Range Conditioning and Integrated Kinetic Neurology, these classes are informed by science, and current literature on movement.  Immerse yourself in the heart-lifting, cardiovascular benefits as you move through your hot practice in temperatures up to 38 degrees.   You’ll increase your strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. You’ll also become more aware of respiration mechanics and improved lung capacity, with enhanced concentration, focus and overall well-being Suitable for beginners
