Our Hot Yoga classes focus predominantly on static postures, with a few short flows (vinyasas) included. The classes begin with standing postures and move on to the floor series in the latter half. These classes are particularly suitable for Beginners, including people brand new to Yoga. Our Teachers always include progressive postures for those students ready to step up their practise to the next level, meaning you have control over where you take each posture to. Modifications and options are provided throughout the class for all levels and abilities. The Studio is heated to 38-42C so be prepared to sweat! Hot Yoga classes provide a challenging, but accessible, practice that many Yogis find to be a perfect balance of physical workout and mental release.
