Each session balances gentle movements and mindful shapes, allowing you to create space and stretch, while also utilising balls and rollers to target deep tissues and promote fascial length. This deep tissue work is not only deeply relaxing but also revitalises our tissues, speeding up injury recovery, alleviating post-workout tightness, and releasing ingrained tension patterns. With regular practice, you'll enhance your body's ability to move with greater efficiency and freedom - whether you're on the yoga mat, participating in other sports, or engaging in everyday activities. Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.
