A great all-round toning and strengthening class with a focus on functional movement. Props may be used for added resistance and strengthening work – but you could equally find yourself working with your own body weight to build your core and lengthen your muscles! Pilates Plus classes will use equipment to aid the practitioner in progressing further in the Pilates exercises and allow you to connect deeper with your body, isolating muscles to improve overall muscle balance. This class will be routed in the principles of Pilates, promote awareness of breath with movement, which improves the function of your lungs and circulation whilst promoting a more efficient and supportive core connection. Suitable for all levels.
