I started practicing yoga regularly when I moved to London with work in the 1990’s and have been teaching for 13 years. I am a Yoga Alliance UK Senior Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance US 500hr teacher and a teacher trainer specialising in yin yoga and yoga history/philosophy. I teach Hot and Yin Yoga. The yoga teachers I have spent the most time studying with are: Simon Low, Nadia Narain, Julie Gudmestad, Donna Fahri and Judy Sampath.
