At your Personal Training session I can ensure you are working at the correct levels for your ability along with motivating you to reach your goals. Ensuring posture, positioning and breathing are correct along with supporting you through exercises specific to your needs and making certain you are doing an exercise correctly. 1. The studio is located up the end of the drive, a back section on the right & you can park up the drive but see below for times this is available. 2. classes prior to 8am or after 5pm please park at the end of the drive & keep talk up the drive to a minimum to avoid disturbing my neighbour 3. bring - a towel, drink bottle + water + clean shoes
