been to Reformer Pilates YOU MUST ATTEND THIS ONCE, as this will
give you an understanding of all the moving parts and how they move
with you using them.  This includes a Health and Safety
explanation for care on the reformer.  This is
essential before moving to ANOTHER CLASS.  The Induction is
only completed once.

weight machines.  Along with Instructing Pilates Reformer,
Personal Training for Reformer or Gym, I also run small indoor
Bootcamps for 4 participants.  Additionally I have Online
