Tinsley Performance has been great for my teenage son. He is surrounded by athletes of all levels willing to work and push themselves. Cal has built a wonderful culture that is both supportive and competitive. Cal and his crew are positive influences in every imaginable way, building their clients' mind, body, confidence, resilience, competitive spirit, etc... all bound with Christian purpose. TP is a great resource for local athletes!
Thanks Matt! Jay has been a blessing to have around the facility! His work ethic, determination, and stubbornness (haha you know what I’m talking about) will take him far on and off the ice! Can’t wait to have Jay back again this summer! Best of luck this season!

As a professional athlete trying to compete at the highest level you have to train at the highest level. Tinsley performance is the highest level. As leaders in the weight room and in their spiritual walk with Jesus Cal and Jared are the best in the business, and focus solely on making you the most elite athlete and focused warrior for Christ.
Come on with it Garrett! It’s so much fun being able to train athletes physically, mentally, and spiritually. After all, if we don’t train spiritually, the physical side is meaningless! Side note: Be on the lookout for Garrett to be knocking on the door to the MLB in 2022! He is the most improved athlete we have ever had at Tinsley Performance.

Tinsley performance is the best workout facility i have been to. I have achieved some of the goals i didn't accomplish. He has really turn my mind set of working out and wanting to get better.
You’re the man Nic! With the type of work ethic you already have, huge things are in store for your future!!
