About the Appointment

Duration: ~2 hours Purpose: Your starting point into our Pitching Development pathway. What we assess: Full-body movement & Pitcher Screen (hips/shoulders/T-spine, balance, sequencing) Arm care baseline (range of motion, strength/stability, history & workload review) 10–15 pitch bullpen (FB + secondaries as appropriate) with high-speed video and velocity/ball-flight data when available Mechanics analysis: rhythm/tempo, stride, lower-half usage, hip-to-shoulder separation, trunk timing, arm path, release, etc.. What you leave with: A clear performance snapshot: strengths, limiters, and key risk factors A gameplan for next steps and key areas of focus moving forward from a mobility, stability, strength, and pitching mechanics perspective. Personal cues tied to your top 2–3 priorities What’s included: Full body movement screen Bullpen (10–15 pitches) with video & velo tracking Mechanics breakdown & coach debrief Walk-through of corrective exercises and pitch-specific drills Next-steps roadmap into training (1:1 lessons, small-group pitching an/or strength training, FUEGO Formula, or remote program options) Good to know: Bring a glove, turf/tennis shoes (no metal spikes), and water.
