Weightroom Technique (20min) This allows us to make sure we are not missing any movement insufficiencies or any issues that may arise when we begin training. The next step after the YOUTH ATHLETE EVALUATION is to sign up for a membership, or another 1 on 1 session if we need more individual time prior to jumping into a group session.
