www.vestaviamassage.comStudied at Red Mountain Institute of Healing Arts in Homewood, AL.  Graduated in 2006 with a Clinical & Neuromuscular Massage Degree.  Has studied numerous additional modalities, including Sports Massage, Pre-Natal Massage, Massage Cupping, Oncology Massage, Geriatric Massage and many more.  A Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist and Alabama Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006.  Personal Trainer since 2017.  Grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  Liz has lived in Alabama for over 23 years and calls it home.  She works as a Licensed Massage Therapist in Vestavia in the same facility as Pure Fitness Gym.  In her free time, she loves being with her family, playing tennis, painting, sewing and knitting.
