I was a competitive snowboarder for many years, which left me with a chronic neck injury. I found Pilates to build muscles in my core and back to support my injury. I fell in love with it immediately! After 15 years of Pilates I am pain freeand stronger than ever. I teach a combination of classical and contemporary Pilates. I combine slow elongating moves with weights and upbeat reps for an all over burn. My goal is for you to leave every class feeling leaner, stronger and completely energized.
