Description: Aerial silk (also known as fabric or tissu) involves a paired length of fabric hung from above that is climbed and wrapped around the body to create dramatic poses and drops in the air. One of the most popular aerial arts, students have the opportunity to explore being up in the air while developing strength, coordination, creativity, and confidence. Our introduction class will start with learning skills just off the ground and move higher into the air as each student progresses. Intro to Silks Requirements: No experience or athletic background? No problem! Everyone is welcome and no specific strength is required to begin your aerial journey.
