In this class, students will learn foundational tumbling skills such as forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, and more. Each class will focus on a specific tumbling element and students will progress at their own pace. Along with tumbling elements, this class will better prepare students physically for acrobatic elements with strength and body awareness. No experience is necessary. Intro to Tumbling Requirements: No experience or athletic background? No problem! Everyone is welcome and no specific strength is required to begin your aerial journey.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in if you did not pre-register for your class. Wear athletic clothing FREE of any zippers. We caution against excessively baggy clothes or clothes that expose the back of the knees or mid-section. Remove jewelry from fingers, wrists, neck, and any earrings that could tear or become caught. Bring a water bottle.
