Open training is a designated training time for experienced students to work on their current skill sets. Since there is no coaching offered during this time, open training is available only to intermediate to advanced students ages 13 and above.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in if you did not pre-register for your class. Wear athletic clothing FREE of any zippers. We caution against excessively baggy clothes or clothes that expose the back of the knees or mid-section. Remove jewelry from fingers, wrists, neck, and any earrings that could tear or become caught. Bring a water bottle.
