This class is for intermediate-level practitioners that are looking to challenge themselves with moves such as elbow circles, drops, hip circles, and spinning techniques. Level 2 Requirements: Strong unassisted pullover mount. Able to perform hanging, knee, and catcher beats. Comfortable with single knee hangs, ankle hangs and arm hangs. Have a strong front/back balance. Can invert in the ropes without assistance. Able to string together three basic sequences.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Arrive 5-10 minutes early for check in if you did not pre-register for your class. Wear athletic clothing FREE of any zippers. We caution against excessivly baggy clothes or clothes that expose the back of the knees or mid-section. Remove jewelery from fingers, wrist, neck and any earings that could tear or become caught. Bring a water bottle.
