No joke, this is the new, addictive, get-it-on class. ” The fit classes are one of the ways we help our students and every BODY belong by helping them achieve the strength and flexibility necessary to do the movements on the pole. Fit: Vertica Flex: Stretch classes to help you improve flexibility This class aims at slowing things down so the students can truly move in and out of the movements safely. Classes are 1 hour long. Ages 15+
Wear clothes that inspire you to get your sweat on. We suggest pole shorts, pole tops, sports bras or tanks. Tennis shoes are optional for some classes or you may prefer barefoot. Bring a water bottle. Yoga mat also suggested. You may also prefer to bring your own yoga blocks, towels, or stretch bands but those are not required.
13 and up
