About the Class

“The foundation of the studio, aimed at getting buff and bootylicious for prime time. No joke, this is the new, addictive, get-it-on class. ” The fit classes are one of the ways we help our students and every BODY belong by helping them achieve the strength and flexibility necessary to do the movements on the pole.    V-Fit Max Classes : Conditioning classes done on a pole. Using gravity and your body weight, you will challenge your muscles in ways you have never done before. In this class the coach will lead you through: Warm up Performing 3-4 circuits of 3 moves, each done ten times.* Stretch and cool down. *Please note some class outlines may vary from location to location. Classes are 1 hour long.  Ages 15+

Special Instructions

Wear clothes that inspire you to get your sweat on. We suggest pole shorts, pole tops, sports bras or tanks. Tennis shoes are optional for some classes or you may prefer barefoot. Bring a water bottle. Yoga mat also suggested.
