FREE is a lower-impact functional training program in a small group environment based on corrective exercises for strength, mobility, and overall functional health. In addition to providing you with mindful instruction and appropriate programming, we will review your personal goals and help you develop sound habits for success! FREE is appropriate for injury rehab, people new to exercise or those who are re-entering into a fitness routine after a hiatus.
