About the Class

Yin is a style of yoga in which poses are held for longer durations of time. It's slow-moving with long holds and juicy stretches intended to increase joint mobility. Instead of focusing on building strength, Yin focuses on flexibility and relaxation by targeting deep connective tissue. It's also highly meditative and introspective, offering plenty of time and space for you to draw your awareness inside. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels.

Special Instructions

Dress in comfortable layers. Bring your own Yoga Mat, towel, and water. *Optional but highly recommended: bring a pillow or yoga bolster, and an eye mask!
