Lorianna is passionate about how yoga can affect change throughout the body and mind. She has seen its benefits firsthand in her own life, which inspired her to complete a 500-hour yoga certification in Yin and Vinyasa styles, in certification in Unata-inspired Aerial Yoga, and become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She enjoys creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere to explore and recall the natural freedom we experienced in ourselves as children. She enjoys the combination of the meditative state of mind and stretching/restorative physical nature of yoga poses.
