This workout is total body combining all 5 aspects of fitness: strength, toning (body composition), flexibility, muscle endurance, and cardiovascular endurance. The class is high intensity while also being low impact. Classes at SPARK45 are designed to challenged you and also keep you safe. Owner and Lead Instructor at SPARK45, Danielle Bordenave, is also a Lisenced Physical Therapist with over 16 years of experience. This means that classes are SPARK45 are not like an average Lagree Studio because of her knowledge. Also, all instructors have been trained under Danielle and taken hundreds of classes at SPARK45.
