This grounding, mostly floor-based class is designed to balance out a more yang approach to movement and fitness. Through slow, stretchy sequences and longer-held shapes, you’ll be invited to soften muscular effort, release tension, and restore mobility throughout the body. Emphasizing deep stretch, breath awareness, and gentle opening, this practice supports recovery, improves flexibility, and helps regulate the nervous system. SPARK45 is does have mats, straps, blocks, and blankets for your use during class. You are welcome to use our props, or bring your own. Please arrive 10 minutes early for first class to allow you to create your best first experience at SPARK45. Please arrive 5 minutes early for all classes so you can settle into the room.
