About the Class

SPARK_LITE features the patented workout of Lagree Fitness, which was created by Sebastian Lagree in 1998 in Los Angeles.  This workout is total body combining all 5 aspects of fitness: strength, toning (body composition), flexibility, muscle endurance, and cardiovascular endurance. The class is high intensity while also being low impact.   Classes at SPARK45 are designed to challenged you and also keep you safe.  Owner and Lead Instructor at SPARK45, Danielle Bordenave, is also a Lisenced Physical Therapist with over 16 years of experience.  This means that classes are SPARK45 are not like an average Lagree Studio because of her knowledge.  Also, all instructors have been trained under Danielle and taken hundreds of classes at SPARK45.   Danielle has designed this class with the intention to allow those individual who has decreased balance, who are returning from an injury, or who are just starting to get into exercises.  It is still a challenging workout, but the moves are taylors to that intention.  As people gain strength, balance, and endurance, clients are safely progressed as they choose.  This is an ALL ages class and a great option for those over 65 or who are new to exercising.

Special Instructions

For first class, arrive 15 minutes prior for orientation.  For returning clients, arrive 3-5 minutes early as we do start on time, and late arrival may results in loss of class and inability to take class.   If you need to cancel: Please note you must cancel online  12 hours prior in order to avoid loss of class and/or late cancellatioin fee.  To cancel in the app, go to your profile (bottom right), then click on your schedule to cancel. Emailing and texting Danielle does not count to avoid late CXL or fees as she is not always available.
