Fun and supportive womens fitness cross training including women's group exercise classes, yoga, pilates, barre, TRX and enlightened diet and nutrition for weight loss, strength training and flexibility and 3 Boot Camps per year! Our 6-week Fitness Challenges begin in May, September and January with continuous classes in between, year-round. The NEW OWNERS are fun, upbeat and welcoming of women of all ages and fitness levels. One membership includes access to all the fitness classes, including Cross training, yoga pilates, Barre, TRX, Dance and a Runners training program and triathlon training are coming soon. Better than a gym membership because you become part of a cohesive group of women supporting each other's health and fitness. Take a variety of workouts throughout the week, our morning yoga and cross training (like crossfit) classes start at 5am, before kids wake up and we offer evening and weekend exercise classes too. Many of our coaches are personal trainers and offer group training to women at all stages of life from students to seniors all doing yoga and exercise during pregnancy, menopause... and the sisterhood to support you through these transitions.
