About the Class

Our new DAM STRONG strength class is designed for women and men of all ages and abilities. While it is programmed with swimmers in mind, it is a great addition to anyone's weekly training routine. Join us!* We focus on strength and resistance training exercises coupled with high-intensity conditioning to burn through fat and build lean muscle mass. Our classes are strategically programmed so each week you get the most effective and balanced workouts that hit all major muscle groups. Learn correct form and proper technique the first time. Our professional trainers teach and differentiate the concepts of proper warm-up, mobility, strength and skill, metabolic training, and cool-down exercises. PLUS, our personalized workouts meet you exactly where you’re at. We can regress or progress any exercise as needed...on the spot. *All Thrive classes strategically target different muscle groups every day of the week, so you never hit the same area twice in a row.

Special Instructions

Indoor Classes Safety & Registration Protocol Pre-registration required. No on-site registration. Please arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes before class start time. No late arrivals. Please be courteous and cancel your registration if needed a minimum of 12 hours before your reserved class to open up a spot for another member. Late cancel (less than 12 hours before your reserved class) and no-showing = 1 lost class. For Unlimited & VIP Members, a late cancel (less than 12 hours before your reserved class) and no-showing incurs a $15 fee.
