About the Class

Our Transformation Training class sessions are 35 minutes of fat-melting, lean muscle-building exercise that is designed to give you the curves you desire. The goal is to get a complete and total body workout by the end of the week! Each day specifically targets a different area of focus: - Monday: Full Body - Tuesday: Upper Body - Wednesday: Lower Body/Leg Day - Thursday: Upper Body - Friday: Full Body - Saturday: Full Body Coaches utilize mujltiple styles of training such as: tabata, HIIT, circuit, and MORE! This class is perfect for any level of fitness.
