

You love you time on the bike but it can leave you tight and imbalanced, so here's a fix. First your STACK session will use technology to trigger and support healing of the soft tissues in your hamstrings. Then your Recovery Specialist uses tools, cupping, and bodywork to improve your tissue pliability. The low quads, hip flexors, and chest are areas that get chronically tightened in cyclists. Then you’ll get stretched using PNF and myofascial techniques to improve mobility and activation of the appropriate muscles for knee health. Kinesiotaping and localized cryotherapy may be used to help improve function or reduce pain.
You'll be receviing tissue work in our comfortable, open setting so please wear or bring a loose tank top and shorts to change into. There is an area for changing if you need to change before / after your session.
