Cardio Dance is a high-energy group fitness class that transforms cardio into a dance party, blending Latin-inspired rhythms like salsa, merengue, and reggaeton with easy-to-follow choreography for a full-body workout. The class kicks off with an upbeat warm-up, setting the stage for a series of infectious routines that mix fast and slow tempos—think hip-swaying cumbia steps, spicy mambo twists, and lively samba bounces—designed to torch calories, tone muscles, and boost endurance. Led by an enthusiastic instructor, participants move to pulsating global beats, engaging their core, legs, and arms without even realizing they’re exercising. Cardio Dance wraps up with a cool-down stretch, leaving you sweaty, exhilarated, and hooked on its feel-good vibes, perfect for dancers and non-dancers alike.

Special Instructions

Class Advisory: Please be aware that environmental room temperatures for this class may range between 75°F and 95°F, depending on class attendance and intensity, even though this is not classified as a “hot” class. This session integrates cardiovascular exercise, high-intensity movements, strength and conditioning, and dance-based motions, which can elevate internal body temperature. The combination of room temperature and increased internal body heat may lead to a heightened heart rate. This class is not recommended for individuals with cardiac conditions, sensitivity to environmental or internal heat, or those who may experience mental or physical distress in intense or heated conditions. We strongly advise consulting your physician and obtaining medical clearance before participating.   Ensure you are properly hydrated prior to class, modify movements as needed, and reach out to the instructor or member services with any questions or concerns before attending.
