Special Instructions

Class Advisory: Please be aware that environmental room temperatures for this class may range between 65°F and 85°F, depending on class attendance and intensity, even though this is not classified as a “hot” class. This session integrates cardiovascular exercise,barre/dance inspired motions and movements, and core strengthening exercises which can elevate internal body temperature. The combination of room temperature and increased internal body heat may lead to a heightened heart rate. This class is not recommended for individuals with cardiac conditions, sensitivity to environmental or internal heat, or those who may experience mental or physical distress in intense or heated conditions. We strongly advise consulting your physician and obtaining medical clearance before participating.   Ensure you are properly hydrated prior to class, modify movements as needed, and reach out to the instructor or member services with any questions or concerns before attending.  Yoga/Barre/Pilates socks highly recommended.
