HardCORE is a weighted-vest core conditioning class designed to build strength, stability, and definition from the inside out. Using a weighted vest to increase resistance, participants engage in dynamic movements that target the abs, obliques, and lower back while activating supporting muscles in the shoulders, hips, and glutes. Each sequence combines functional training, balance work, and controlled intensity to challenge endurance and enhance posture. The result is a stronger, more resilient core that improves overall body mechanics, supports injury prevention, and powers every movement—making you truly HardCORE from center to surface.
