A dynamic Pilates class designed specifically for men (though you don't have to be a man to join!). This session focuses on improving strength, mobility, and posture by addressing common areas of tightness such as hips, hamstrings, and shoulders. With controlled Reformer exercises, you’ll build functional power, enhance core stability, and increase flexibility—supporting both athletic performance and everyday movement. Ideal for men of all fitness levels seeking balanced training and injury prevention.
Please note: If you are new to this class or pilates reformer in general, it is highly reccommended that you take advantage of a Discover Pilates Class (complimentary) or a Body Assessment (complimentary) or at least one Pilates Personal Training session (also complimentary).
