Held on a mat without equipment, this class combines core-focused Pilates movements—think planks, hundred, and leg lifts for strength, flexibility, and alignment—with explosive HIIT exercises like mountain climbers, burpees, and squat jumps to elevate your heart rate and build endurance. Our passionate instructors create an inclusive, motivating atmosphere, offering modifications for all fitness levels while syncing the flow to energizing 2025-trend playlists featuring upbeat pop or electronic beats. Emphasizing proper form, safety, and mindfulness, this class delivers a full-body workout that strengthens, tones, and empowers, fostering a sense of community among our members. Special Instructions

Class Advisory: Please be aware that environmental room temperatures for this class may range between 60°F and 80°F, depending on class attendance and intensity, even though this is not classified as a “hot” class. This session integrates cardiovascular exercise, high-intensity movements, strength and conditioning, and mat pilates-based motions, which can elevate internal body temperature. The combination of room temperature and increased internal body heat may lead to a heightened heart rate. This class is not recommended for individuals with cardiac conditions, sensitivity to environmental or internal heat, or those who may experience mental or physical distress in intense or heated conditions. We strongly advise consulting your physician and obtaining medical clearance before participating.   Ensure you are properly hydrated prior to class, modify movements as needed, and reach out to the instructor or member services with any questions or concerns before attending. Pilates/Barre socks reccomended. Bring a water bottle. Headband/sweatband reccommended.
