In a heated studio (Between 85-115 degrees) this class combines the mindful flow of yoga with the high-intensity power of H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training). The heat enhances flexibility and promotes detoxification, while the alternating bursts of cardio and strength exercises build endurance and burn calories. This energizing blend delivers a full-body workout that improves strength, mobility, and focus.

Heated Class Advisory: Please note that our heated classes are conducted in a controlled environment with temperatures ranging from 85°F to 115°F, depending on the specific class format, to enhance flexibility, promote detoxification through sweat, and deepen the mind-body connection. These sessions may include dynamic movements, yoga poses, or high-intensity exercises, which, combined with the elevated room temperature, can significantly increase internal body temperature and heart rate. Heated classes are not recommended for individuals with cardiovascular conditions, heat sensitivity, low blood pressure, or those prone to dehydration, dizziness, or discomfort in high-heat settings.
