This is a VIRTUAL live stream class.  You will receive LIMITED interaction with the instructor.  You can follow along with warm-up and class instruction.  The instructor will make rounds and check in as the class allows.    **We have a 8-hour cancellation policy.  Please remove yourself from class if you are unable to attend at least 8 hours prior.  There is a $15 fee for late cancels or no shows.
