Fit/Flex Fusion Class Build strength. Boost mobility. Breathe deeply. Get the best of both worlds in this empowering 55-minute class that blends high-intensity circuits with deep, intentional stretching. The first half is all about the burn—two dynamic circuits (arms, abs, and legs) designed to sculpt lean muscle, ignite your core, and elevate your heart rate. Each round is fierce, fast, and fun. Then we flip the script. The second half is a full-body flexibility flow that moves from head to toe—releasing tension, increasing range of motion, and restoring balance to your body. Think deep hip openers, hamstring lengthening, and spine-loving stretches all guided by breath and intention. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your journey, this class will challenge your limits and then help you soften into strength. You’ll leave feeling powerful, limber, and ready to take on anything—on or off the pole. Every BODY is welcome. Let’s get strong. Let’s get stretchy. Let’s go vertical.   We encourage you to bring your own mat if desired. Wear comfortable clothing. Tennis shoes optional. Bring a water-bottle. Please no lotion, jewerlry, or watches for class.
