I found pole 10 years ago when my baby turned 2 and pole transformed the way I see myself and what I'm capable of. It was and is still the only physical activity that I am fully committed to on as consistent a basis as possible. It's an art form with full-body physical and mental engagement, disguised in fluidity. I've been a pole choreography instructor for over 7 years, teaching a recurring weekly series as well as group performance workshops. I competed at PSO in 2019 in the Exotic (Heels, Sensual) category twice and won gold and bronze. My students can always expect from me a supportive and nourishing environment to grow and flourish in. I will be your biggest and loudest cheerleader.
