About the Class

This class is high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that combines strength training and cardio exercises in a circuit format. Participants will move from one exercise to the next with minimal rest in between. Exercises can include a variety of strength-training moves such as resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and weightlifting, as well as cardio exercises like running and jumping. The goal of a circuit training class is to get your heart rate up, burn calories, and build muscle. It is a fast-paced and intense workout that can be modified to suit different fitness levels and abilities.
