

Your FIRST Small Group Training Session is on us! Rise & Grind Small Group Training is a strength-focused session capped at 6 clients for personalized coaching and high-energy support. With one dedicated coach, you’ll get guidance on proper form, smart programming, and progress you can feel. Body part focus (i.e. upper body, lower body, full body) is cycled throughout the week to ensure no body part is overtrained. Because the session size is so small we can tailor exercises to modify for injuries and fitness abilities. From beginner to pro - all levels are welcome — we meet you exactly where you are and help you get stronger every session.
