About the Class

Medium/High Intensity. Low Impact. Barefoot/Grip Socks BodySculpt is a class designed to increase body/core strength and muscle toning with the use of various pilates and fitness props including balls, bands, and weights among other fun props. Together, we flow through total body movements to target smaller muscle groups as well as the larger muscle groups. Class may include elements of yoga, pilates and stretching. All levels are encouraged to attend.
