In this 30 minute concentrated class, we work the abdominals in traditional ways, as well as, integrate specific and proper core training. We train the core in an optimal and balanced way for utmost stability, creating motion at the spine in all different directions, as well as, resisting in each plane of motion. Sometimes we are upright and at other times we are on our backs or stomachs. We use a variety of equipment and sometimes just our own body weight. We ALWAYS have fun and we most definitely “feel” the work we put in!
