About the Class

The purpose of this class is muscle building. During each class session we focus on working different muscle groups. We vary the approach by manipulating time under tension and changing the type of heavy object or apparatus we are utilizing. Participants are challenged to progressively advance in order to grow muscle mass. You can count on upbeat music, a sense of humor, friendly banter and constantly changing strength routines, as we work together to increase muscle mass and strength. This is beneficial for our bodies at any age to protect from injuries, allow more enjoyment of everyday activities and to reach body aesthetic goals.
