About the Class

Foundational Strength is a coach-led, full-body strength session designed specifically for baseball athletes in Level 2 (ages 12–14) and Level 3 (ages 15–18). Athletes train through structured blocks targeting lower body strength, upper body pushing and pulling, core rotation, and arm care, with special attention to rotator cuff strength and injury prevention. Ideal for athletes in their first few years of strength training, this program builds proper technique while helping athletes develop strength, add muscle, and become more resilient for the demands of baseball.
