I was in a pretty bad car accident two months ago and hadn’t been able to work out since. Between the physical recovery and feeling stiff, out of shape, and a bit down, I wasn’t sure what would feel good again. I usually do HIIT and weightlifting, so this was definitely a change—but my physical therapist recommended dance or yoga as I heal. I cannot express how much I loved this class. It is SO fun. I felt joyful, strong, even a little sexy! I sweat like crazy and burned a ton of calories, but more importantly, I smiled the whole time! Krista's energy is truly healing. I haven't enjoyed myself that much in a long time. Highly, highly recommend!
