About the Class

LOCATION: DANCESPACE LA - 8250 W. 3rd St. Suite 205, 90048 A kick ass fusion dance class! We begin with a seated meditation to let go of any outside stress, then we get up and get dancing! YBB is easy to follow, but high energy dance moves. We move into Ballet inspired toning and finish with a deep Yoga stretch. Beginner thru Advanced welcome

Class is located at Dance Space LA - 8250 W 3rd St. Suite 206 90048 There is a small parking lot in front of the shopping center. There is also metered parking along 3rd st and street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Recommended equipment - mat (there are extra provided if needed)
