The High Intensity rounds are designed to get your heart and lungs working and generally consist of functional full body movements with an emphasis on the upper body. The Strength/Toning rounds are where we slow things down to focus on more traditional resistance training to isolate the upper body. Be prepared to hit your shoulder, triceps, biceps, chest, traps, lats, etc! For in-person classes, Fielders can expect to use a wide variety of equipment during the high intensity portion from agility ladders, plyo hurdles, sleds and battle ropes to dumbbells, TRXs, and resistance bands for our toning portion.
