Neaumix Fit brings a fresh perspective on Pilates and Cardio.
This location has cycle bikes and reformers. Our services include
private sessions and group classes. We offer a mix of classes that
include refomer pilates, cardio cycle and pilates and tone classes.
These different formats offer daily challeneges to help push our
clients fitness experience. Our signature class includes 25 minutes
of high intensity cycling with weights and body weight sequences.
This heart pumping and music blasting time will get you ready to
sweat once we hit the reformers. The second half of the class
includes reformer pilates sequences focused on toning and
stretching. All our classes are 50 minutes long. We do not offer
Levels of classes because our teachers have the ability to keep all
clients challenged and engaged regradless of their fitness levels.
Our style of teaching is like no other and our Founder, Melissa
Chavez, has worked tirelessly over the last decade to create
something Neau and exciting with traditional and classical
principles of pilates worked into the routines. Come try a Class
and see what you think! Bet you will be Hooked. New cleint deals
are always offered! All Levels are Welcome but we do recommed a
Private Session prior to attending class to get aquainted with our
style and equipment.
