

Neaumix Fit pilates classes are unique like no other. Our classes include traditional and classic sequences with a contemporary twist. We do also believe in a full body workout and achieve this using different class sequencing, pacing and resistance type movements. Instructors will up the tempo, spring load, or incorporate the jump board for a more intense workout than the basic Reformer Pilates class. This class is 45 minutes. Not recommended for beginners. Pilates socks are required. Bring a towel and water.
