Single Class Purchase. New Clients Only. Please cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class, with no refund or class credit added back. No exceptions. Studio Policies: • 5-minute grace period applies to all classes. Clients must be on a reformer within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time. After that, the class will be marked as a no-show — no exceptions. This policy is in place for your safety and to avoid disrupting the flow of class. • Grippy Pilates socks are required for our classes to ensure your safety. We do not provide socks for borrowing, but they’re available for purchase at the studio. Your safety is our top priority! • Waitlist Policy: Join the waitlist to get a spot if there are cancellations. If a spot opens up within 12 hours before the class, you’ll be added automatically. For example, for a 5:30 PM class, a spot must open up by 5:30 AM. You can manually add yourself if there’s an available spot after the 12-hour mark.
