Barre is a unique strength training workout like no other. It's a discipline that sculpts and chisels your body from the inside, out. Fusing ballet fundamentals, calisthenics, yoga and more to give you an no-impact total body workout, from head to toe. Members report burning an average of 450+ calories per class. inIluding elements of cardio. Designed to create a dancer's body. We train, sweat, sculpt and have fun! This is not a dance class. It's a conditioning class for all levels, abilities, shapes and sizes. We have an amazing community of like-minded ladies who come to the studio with the same goal: to improve their overall mind, body and spirit. We have a very encouraging and supportive group, without any intimidation, judgement or drama.We welcome you to join us! No dance experience necessary. Class is done in normal gym attire and closed toe barre socks. We suggest fueling up with some protein before class. For 18 and older please.
